Tamer Ozmen
Before Mintus, Tamer was a Partner at Gresham House and a member of the Investment Committee, managing the deployment of a £1.2 billion PE and Venture fund. Previously, he led Microsoft’s UK Digital Consultancy Division, overseeing a team of 900 to drive digital transformation and implement AI solutions for the banking and insurance sectors. Prior to this, Tamer served as CEO of Microsoft Turkey for five years, where he quadrupled revenues, establishing it as Microsoft’s fastest-growing subsidiary globally. He spearheaded omni-channel and product-based banking solutions, enhancing its position within the Microsoft ecosystem. Tamer began his career at Priceline.com as one of the company’s first employees and was part of the team that conceptualised and launched the company, eventually taking it to an IPO. He later moved to the UK to launch Priceline in Europe. During his tenure, Priceline acquired Booking.com, later rebranding as Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG).
